- SALES: All sales final after payment or credit verification has been approved. In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, injury to business or reputation. The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.
- Privacy Policy
- Use of personal information that you may submit to Retailonics Corporation through this Web site is governed by the Retailonics Corporation Privacy Policy. We do not share your contact information with other parties.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will be shipped within 3~5 buisness days. Purchaser agrees to authorize any person receiving delivery to sign delivery receipt for purchaser. If purchaser is unable to accept delivery, then an additional delivery surcharge will be added before re-delivery. Shipping and handling charges only apply for customers located in continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and our international customers need to contact us for freight charges.
- Sales Tax
- All customers must pay the appropriate sales tax based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Pricing and products are subject to change.
- Warranties
- No oral or statutory or implied warranties other than of title shall apply to the merchandise sold by the seller to the purchaser. All parts carry a 1 year warranty. Warranty does not cover damages caused by the purchaser.
- Return Policy
- All returned merchandise must be received within 3 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. No returned merchandise shall be received by the seller without authorization.
- Miscellaneous
- DAMAGE CLAIMS: All claims for breakage and/or damage, whether concealed or obvious, must be reported immediately by the purchaser to the carrier and seller. All merchandise damaged during shipping must be received by the seller within 3 days. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims. When a damage claim is made, purchaser may be entitled to reshipment of merchandise. Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund without approval of seller.
